COMMON QUESTIONS

Do I need to be in the same country as you?
Not at all. I work 100% online. I've designed spaces in Colombia, Argentina, Spain, and the US — all remotely. As long as you can send photos and hop on a video call, we're good.

I rent my apartment. Can you still help?
Absolutely. Many of my clients are renters. I specialize in transformations that don't require renovation — color, furniture, textiles, lighting. Things you can take with you when you move.

How is this different from just browsing Pinterest?
Pinterest shows you what looks good in someone else's home, with someone else's light, in someone else's country. I design a palette specifically for YOUR space, YOUR light, and YOUR existing furniture. No guessing.

How long until I receive my plan?
Color Palette: within 5 business days after our call. Color & Deco: 7-10 business days. Room Redesign: 2-3 weeks depending on scope.

Can I upgrade from one service to another?
Yes! Your previous payment is credited toward the upgrade. Many clients start with the Color Palette and then decide they want more.
